color palette panel

Post by ziegster »

I'm a long time PI6 user and finally decided to move up to software made in this century... that being PIX3. I'd like to know of the Color Palette on PI6 (see attachment) is available on X3 as I can't find it. Thank you.

It is in X3. Remember that PhotoImpact is available for purchase but not supported any longer by Corel.
To make the colour panels show, go to File, Preferences, Category, Tools and place a tick in 'Show Quick Colour Control Panel'. You may want to go through the various preference and customise them for your own use. There's not been much change in PI for a long time.

I noticed that when you choose 3D Round (for example) there is no option to adjust the amount of the 3D effect. Was that removed from X3?
