PSP 7.04 Help or Help File

I have and use the latest version of Paint Shop Pro Ultimate X8, but I often use the old JASC Paint Shop Pro 7.04 for quick edits. The program loads fast, is not too complicated, is fairly easy to use for simple operations, is more advanced then MS Paint, mostly still works with Windows 10, and is my primary choice for easy edits. However somewhere between MS XP and Windows 7 upgrades, I lost the MS Help file for PSP 7.04. As such, if I click on -> help -> help topics I get a PSP 7 error stating ‘Failed to load help” and I am sent to a Microsoft page explaining that “”Help is not support” in the version of windows I am using, but then it gives you some possible work around to the problem. Is the windows help file available somewhere or does anyone have a PDF for PSP 7.0 or PSP 7.04 help?

Here's a link to download the PSP7 Help file. The file goes in the root of the PSP7 folder.

I just want to add that if you can't get the file to work through PSP, it does open by double-clicking on the file.

Thank You @LindaSue for the PSP7 Help file. Now if Windows 10 releases a version of WinHlp32.exe, I might be able to view the file.
