does Painshop work with 30bit monitors?

Hi,
I recently bought a brand new monitor which is able to work with 10bit color depth. I'm aware that to work this function needs a professional card (such as a Quadro or a FirePro).
Anyway, I downloaded a trial version of PSP x8 and I read the color management part of the manual but I did not understand if it handles Monitor with 10bit for channel (also named 30bit). Is there anyone who can answer this question? If it does, what shoud I do to activate the function?


I would also like to share the opinion of other forumers about the usefullness of this feature. Is anyone experienced a 10bit "chain" and can he tell me if it does exist a big difference?

Moreover, I noticed that on the web page of videostudio it is highlighted that the software is optimized with Quadro and Firepro. This is not the case for paint shoppro x8. Does this mean that these professional cards do not improve the functionality of the software compared to a standard graphic card?

Sorry for the lack of response I suppose that indicates that no-body knows, certainly I cannot answer the question.

Corel do have a Facebook account staffed as far as I know by Corel employees
Asking the question there will get a more positive result.

Although I do think members from the PSP forum will reply?

Thank you, I guess you're right. I sent the same question to the support but I haven't received a reply so far.. I'll have a look in fb if I get more lucky
