CD & DVD Picture Show 3 -Printing CD Labls

Printing CD Labels;
Have followed instructions but when I click the printer symbol and then click Print CD Label nothing happens. I can click Print CD Index and that's OK. Any ideas why the Print CD Label doesn't work?

hmm... are you sure you have the printer installed correctly?

Yes, printer is installed just fine.
As I said, when I click on the printer symbol for Print CD Index a dialogue box comes up and an index of the pics, but when I click on the printer symbol for Print CD Label, nothing happens at all!
