I had some weird errors, so I decided to reinstall my VideoStudio X6
I installed, it asked for my serial number.
I entered it, clicked "connect to the internet"
And it said invalid serial number.
I tried entering the info on the CD sleeve & the CD.
I tried it with dashes & without dashes.
I put everything in caps!
WHY in the world won't it activate?
Please help me fix this ASAP, I got a lot of videos to edit!

Sign into Corel, go to your account, under Your Products select Registered Products and check the serial number shown, just to make sure it is the same

I figured it out.
I had the trial version installer on my computer, when I needed to transfer the CD version instead.
For some reason, you can't use a serial number on the trial version... it's just so stupid.
Now hopefully reinstalling fixes my other problem
