With the upgrade to SP3, the play arrow does not work. In the tiles, mp4 and jpeg tiles play. mpa and .vsp files do not.
I uninstalled X8 and reinstalled from Corel disk. The installation paused and said that the computer had a newer version of Apple Application Support and of Quick Time. I completed installation. no change
I uninstalled Apple Application Support and Quick Time and uninstalled X8. Reinstalled X8 with no messages. no change
I reset to default settings by changing name of 18 to old and restarted computer and restarted X8. no change.
I uninstalled X8 and reinstalled without SP3. no change.
Project, clips, tiles will not play

After using all the restore points and getting no results, I reinstalled Windows 10 which cleared all my projects. Fortunately, I had backed up all the projects previously. The program now works as expected.
