x8 ultimate Plugin problem

I can not invite new plugin folder in x8 Ultimate
I have added the folder, under Settings, the plugins are but do not appear in the program under Effects
In x5 it work.
can help? thank you...I get no response from Corel service

Which plugin are you having problems with? If it is a 32-bit plugin it will not work with your 64-bit version of X8 but should work with the 32-bit version.

From an external folder plugins no plugin will be displayed!

I run PSPX8-32-bit for that very reason as the 64 bit can't use all the plugins.
I do not see any difference, so have stayed with the 32-bit.

I did this:
It doesn't guarantee that ALL the plugins work, but it is better than nothing

I had previously worked with Windows XP and PaintShop x2, everything perfect

Now new laptop Windows 10 and PaintShop x8 Ultimate and paintshop x5 and almost all plugins not go

Hmm, Windows 10 might be the problem?
I still use Windows 7.

Levi might know how to solve it.
