AC3 at 192kb still plays as PCM

I selected AC3 and selected it at 192kb but it still plays as PCM audio.
I also made sure the box to was checked to convert to disc template.

I made a dvd before and made the audio to be ac3 dolby, when I play it, my receiver switches automatically stating it is playing dolby digital.

Now with this new dvd project, I have the template audio as AC3 at 192 (trying to minimize the final proj size) instead of 448. But the final project still plays it as pcm.

Any wise words on the AC3 template and proper bitrate rating is greatly appreciated.

There are two "convert to disc template" checkbox. One is for video and the other is for audio. make sure the audio is enabled.
