How good can the new upgrade forVideoStudioUltimate be ??

How good can the new upgrade for VideoStudio Ultimate be ?? I'm very pleased with what I have achieved with the Video studio Ultimate X8.5. Some people say that Corel VideoStudio is limited and is good only for basic editing. I entirely disagree . I have tried Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Power Director, Edius 6, and none of them offer the simplicity and easy to work with and yet the proper tools to make a great video editing. I wonder what the VS Ultimate X9.0 or whatever might bring. Anyway, jut my thought. Previous versions of Videostudio have been released in Feb or March - so we are not going to know what X9 holds for another couple of months at least - could be longer even there is no fixed schedule

The best NLE is the one you master and not if its 8, 8.5 or 9 .
I see that you use extensively TitlerEX . (personally I think some are to big)
Do you find yourself looking often for a tool that isn't in VS?
It's not that VS is so expensive to buy every year, but I guess you can wait and do it every other year if nothing there for you.
I don't know who your audience but as you show them screenshots of your play , I guess it's kind of tutorial.

To me the VS interface is well arranged and I don't find it difficult at all to look for a specific tool. Besides, I also rely on some extras, like NewBlue Essentials series which have good effect plugins.

My audience are mostly enthusiast keyboard player just like me who enjoys playing Yamaha keyboards. Since, the idea is to show the Yamaha Tyros5 arrranger keyboard in action I use several filming layers from different angles.

I shoot with 4 Sony HD Handycams at the same time: one Sony Hdr-Cx560v, one Sony Hdr Sr11, and two Sony Hdr-Cx 260.

A hefty setup you got there.
Unfortunately I have something bad in my system that prevent NB-TEX form running. I crashes VS or not renders at all. I was in contact with NB but they can't help much as this is still only EX version 1.0
