"Feature" or bug?

Post by Harry »

I added a photo to the first overlay track. I then sized it to fill the preview screen. That is my whole project. The video track is empty.
Now I click on the video track, just above the photo in the overlay track. The scrubber remains within the photo. Next, I click on the photo.
At this point the photo in the preview window gets distorted, It is stretched vertically.
Next I click back onto the same spot in the video track, and the preview gets restored to the proper shape.

Each alternate click (selection) between the two tracks distorts/fixes the photo in the preview window.

Is this a "feature"? If it is, how do I turn it off?

I am testing VideoStudio X8.6 in Windwos 10.

Hi,
It's a bug. As surly you can't think of any use for such feature, or do you?

Is there a place that bugs can be reported by non-registered users?

No that I know , but this is a rare bug that do not come often, and usually do not show in the final rendered video.
