Drag & drop doesn't work to move images between folders

For some reason the drag & drop function to move images in the file system in ASP 2 is not working. This feature worked in ASP 1.0 but not sure it has worked in ASP 2 that I installed about a month ago. I can drag an image to an output (ie JPEG Proof or 8-bit TIFF) fine just can't drag to another folder in the file system pane.

Have rebooted a couple of times with no change.

Any ideas on what could cause this?

ASP 2.3.0.99 x64

Same for me. Seems to be a genuine feature of Aftershot 2.3, since it was working fine in prior versions... In fact this bug is extremely annoying, I cannot sort my files into their final folder anymore, so tagging them becomes pretty useless.

BE like you I used the drag & drop to sort images into directories and it is very annoying that that function seems to be gone.

I did discover that if you import the directory and create a catalog the drag and drop functionality can be used.

I noticed that BE is also using the 64 bit version of ASP and was wondering if the 32 bit version functioned the same way.

If the absence of the drag and drop in the "File System mode" is truly a changed feature in ASP 2.x then I wish someone would post a comment stating that.

I am becoming increasingly irritated by the loss of drag'n'drop in the file structure browser in AftershotPro. They really need to fix this ASAP.
This seems to be broken in all platforms. It has been reported on Windows, Mac and Linux!

Come on Corel, you have managed to update the ASP to support many of the new cameras dont spoil the improvement by not fixing this fairly vital function.

Same for me (Fedora Linux 20-23 - 64bit), does not matter, if it is JPG, RAW, local disk or network disk. This persist at least 9 months.

A quick overview of the latest update 2.4.0119 ASP installed on MAC OS X 10.11.2 El Capitan.

What does not work:
- Moving files in the file system tab (Drag and Drop)

Serveral Plugins not available in plugin tab in MAC version 64 bit.

Grid
Mix3
Bez-Tools for manipulating tonality
Silicon Bonk-New generation Black & White

Also I tested version ASP 2.4.0.119 on Windows 10 64 bit.

- Same problem with Drag and Drop files.

Plugins on Windows 10 (64bit) system , all 64 bit plugins are available and working as far as I can see.


Unfortunately for my MAC 10.. 11.2 (El Capitan) I go back to version 64 bit version ASP 2.1.1.10
everything is available and working,as in Windows 10 64, except the Drag and Drop problem.

So Corel do something with this information.

What also miss,is the Gradfilter plugin.
