Sorting files In File Mode

Post by eja »

I was sorting through pics and editing in the file mode and these files were not in a catalog. I accidentally created several tiffs when I was going to use an external editor. I simply wanted to display only the tif files and then delete them. I couldn't find a way to display only the tif files. I figured out I could sort on the file names if they were in a catalog but how to do this when the files aren't. I ended up using Photo mechanic for this problem. Does anyone know how to do what I was trying to accomplish?

Thanks

In the File Browser you see all the images but it is possible to mark up with a colour, star or keyword and then sort by colour mark, star or keyword.
Still learning after all these years!
