CD & DVD PictureShow3 disc will not play in DVD player

I just bought CD & DVD PictureShow 3. Every disc I write says it's incorrect disc on my DVD player. My DVD player plays all types of discs and also play all my old picture CDs. I went to Tech Support and downloaded the update, but that didn't help. Ulead has no telephone number for support. I was hoping someone could help me, maybe tell me what I'm doing wrong. I too had this problem. I previously burned my pictures through CD & DVD Picture Show 2 on VCD and the discs played on both my DVD players. When I did the same thing with Picture Show 3, they played on one DVD player but not the other. I re-burned using SVCD and they played on both DVD players. It seems that PBC is disabled when burning on VCD but it's there when I do it on SVCD!

This problem is usually solved by reducing the burning speed. Use the minimum speed if possible when burning a dvd. Also try using different brands of DVD media. You should be able to create a dvd that properly on your player
