Workaround for Topaz plugin issues with batch processing?

Has anyone tried contacting Topaz on the issue?? I have their full collection but do not do batch edits, so have not experienced this issue. But, I know their latest plugins and newest updates to existing plugins are going to a new installation model that includes stand-alone functionality and new installers. Maybe it has something to do with the way the plugins are programed now. Just a thought.
