Discovery Centre Problem for my PSP x8

Post by wombat100 »

Hi Guys,

Not sure if you can help, I just tried to get the free Christmas frame from here http://learn.corel.com/news/free-holida ... b43ccb6bfa

I input my details and it tells me 'This email address is not allowed. You need to enter a valid email address'

I have tried my two email addresses and still the same I originally received an email from Discovery Centre and this is the problem I have, still no free frame.

There is an option on that page above to leave a comment and it will not let me do that.

Do you know what I can do about this?

Did you actually sign up? It's not your Corel Account email/password you use but one you set up to access tutorials on the Discovery Centre.

I think there is something wrong with the web page. I signed up for the Discovery Center just to test this and I am getting the same error message as the OP.

There doesn't seem to be any way to get the free frame advertised on the web page. You can however buy a set of holiday frames for $9.99 which is insane since Corel used to provide free downloads for frames, picture tubes, etc.

Just tested the link and page. The sign up process is stuffed . It will not at present accept any email address so people cannot sign up to get that free frame. Perhaps report on the Corel facebook page might get some response.

I even went directly to http://learn.corel.com/ and signed up there successfully. I then came back to the "free frame" page and tried again to input my email address thinking it might accept it since I was registered but it still threw the error message. I don't do FB or I'd report it. Maybe the OP will.
