Hello,
I have used PhotoImpact for years and like the program a lot. But now with the newly purchased Photoimpact X3 (and using Windows 7 pro) I am having a problem with text. I click on the Text Icon, choose a Font Type (Like Rockwell Bold) and then type... I can see the first several letters but then nothing when I continue to type: For example typing "Happy Thanksgiving" it shows Happ but not the "Y' or other letters after that? I have experienced the same problem with other Type Fonts as well.
Any help is appreciated,

I've no idea what could be causing this. To me, it seems a bit of a glitch. Have you tried restarting the software?

This happens if I am in 2D Round or 2D Chisel... however if I click on 2D Object... I see all the letters. If I am in say 2D Round (or 2D Chisel) and click on the Transformer Tool... all the 2D Round or 2D Chisel letters show up (the missing letters)... screwy?trueblue wrote:I've no idea what could be causing this. I went to my download folder (which has the files for the software) and clicked on "upix3_esd_e-ESDPIX3ENPCPF.exe" to reload. And then clicked on "Repair"... However, that did not correct this glitch. Maybe I will need to uninstall all the software... and completely re-install... but for now I can live with this screwy glitch.
