Where is Text Cutter in PSP X8

I just downloaded and installed PSP X8 yesterday. I want to use the text cutter but can't find it.

The help manual that comes with X8 says its under 'eye' icon but that's for red eye and makeover. No cutter there.
I read somewhere that the 'text' button and the 'shape' button have the text/shape cutter with them but they don't on my version of X8 which is 18.0.0.124.
Text is the only thing on my text button. It has no arrow to indicate there are more opions and the Shape is the same. No cutter.

Can someone please tell me where to find this item? Thank you much.

The text tool and the preset shape tools have the text cutter options. Text cutter itself is not a tool. It's just an option. You can find it on the Tool Options palette (where you choose the tool settings like size, font, etc). It's right next too the "presets" button on the far left of the tool options palette.

Here is a picture of it. I've highlighted the cutter and cutter preview options on the text tool.
