Need someone to change a file from x7 to x6 PLEASE!

Post by graphicseth »

As you know none of the plugins work with 64 bit x7 so I had to go pack to 32 bit x6.
I am in a bind due to the fact I need a catalog that got away to be changed from the x7 I created it in, to x6 where I can work on it.
If there is any kind soul that can do this for me. I would greatly appreciate it. My email is (e-mail deleted by admin). It will only take a moment of your time. Thank you.

graphicseth, if you bought X7 the installer should have come with both 64-bit and 32-bit versions. So there shouldn't be that much of an issue with staying with X7.

And if you still have X7 installed on your system, you can open the file and resave it for X6 yourself very easily.

If you'd still like someone to do it just send me a PM

Unfortunately new members can't do that until after their second post - can send an e-mail though - click on the little envelope in the right hand section of Levifiction's post

Maybe I'm not quite understanding what you're asking. In X7 if you save to a .pspimage you can first go to the Options in the Save As dialogue and then select which versions of PSP you want the image to be compatible with. One option is to make it compatible with X4 - X7, and if that is your selection then your saved .pspimage files should open in X6. And, as Levi said, the installer for X7 comes with both 64 and 32 bit installers and you can have both installed with no problem.
