I have "PSP X7 Ultimate" I just noticed an update called "Paintshop pro x7 SP3, is this version for my version.??

The release notes say that SP3 is for any version of PSPX7.
However, you should know that "Ultimate" is just an "ultimate package" it is not a different version of PSP. The version of PSP that you get with X7 Ultimate is the exact same version you get with Standard. The "Ultimate" part comes from the extras you got with PSP when you bought it. Plugins, textures, backgrounds, etc. The only reason the patch wouldn't be for you, is if the patch is already installed.
Some people here can give you version numbers but for the most part, to know if you need it. Just download it and try to install.

Check your version number first. If it's 17.3.0.30 then you already have SP3. The first '3' in the version number indicates that... If yours is only 2, then it will need SP3 to be installed...
