Hard Burn titles in selected range of video
Hi from Chile, can someone help me render only part of a video with the titles included? I have a long video clip and titles in the timeline, and I want to render to an mp4 file only say, from minute 6 to minute 7, to create a short clip with the titles included. I'm using VS Ultimate 8.5. Any help?

Re: Hard Burn titles in selected range of video
open your project in Videostudio
immediately under the preview window is a bar with a white slider on top and orange sliders at each end - using your mouse cursor move the left hand orange slider to the right until the point where you want the extract to start.
you will notice an orange line has appeared just above the timeline starting from your selected position
now move the right hand orange slider to the left until you reach the point you want the extract to end
you will notice that the orange line now covers only the selected section - you can use the play controls now and only the selected section will play so you can confirm you have the correct start and end positions that you need
now go to share and choose the top icon - - "create a video that you can play on a computer" - then choose whatever format you want to output
now the important bit - look to the bottom of that share screen and put a tick in the box next to "Create preview range only"
clicking "Start' will then render out a video of just the selection portion
you can then if you wish keep moving the orange sliders and rendering out different segments.
when you go back and want to edit the full project you MUST reset the orange sliders to their respective ends of the bar..
