Missing toolbar on raster - pspx8

Post by fowlstack »

Hi all.. I have made a single raster layer 300x300 and am trying to move it closer to my materials pallett. I am unable to move it with the move tool. I have been told to move it this way:

However when I make the raster layer there is no "toolbar" on top of my image as shown :

. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere? I have tried everything imaginable.. still no luck.

Right now you are in tabbed mode. Tabbed mode allows you to have multiple images opened full screen and easily switch between them by clicking on the tabs along the top.

This is the default in PSP. To return to Windowed mode you just have to turn off Tabbed mode. To do this, on the menu bar go to

Window -> Tabbed Document

You'll notice the checkbox next to it indicating it's turned on. Just click this item again to turn it off.
