Lost Windows Media Player 10 Sound
Since installing VideoStudio 9 I've lost the sound in my Windows Media Player 10 DVD playback. I performed a system restore to the day I installed VideoStudio 9 and the sound on the Media Player was restored. Undoing the system restore back to the current time, caused Media Player sound to disappear. Any ideas?

You should be able to get audio back by installing the AC3 DirectShow Filter. The trial doesn't include AC3 audio support, but this filter handles all relevant audio formats.

Thorsten,
I don't know if there is something I am missing, but I am still not getting the audio out of media player 10, even after running that new codec. It is not a huge problem because I can play the files in other applications. I am still trying to tune the AC3Filter application, but haven't had much success yet.
