Videostudio pro X3 playback problem
Can anyone please suggest what I could change as I have recently reinstalled my videostudio pro x3 on to new PC (running windows 7) and now when I ply clip/project I can hear sound but the video is just a green screen. I downloaded the trial for pro x8 but I can't hear sound (video is playing). I also download and installed the update for pro x3.

In Videostudio X8 double click on the video in the timeline and the 'Options' panel will open
in the top left corner of the panel is a volume control set at 100 by default - change that to 99 - or even 101 and see if you now have audio

have you checked your Windows Volume Mixer? Right click the speaker icon. Open the VS program before checking.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.
