Activation problem after upgrading 2.3.0.99

Hi.

I face an activation problem.
ASP shows a following message after I upgraded ASP to 2.3.0.99.
---------------------------
AfterShot Pro 2
---------------------------
Sorry, the serial number you are using has already been submitted the maximum number of times for Activation.
---------------------------

What can I do to solve the problem?
ASP 2.2, before upgrading, was correctly activated. And then I just upgraded. I don't know why the problem occurs.

I confirmed the problem on:
AfterShot Pro 2.3.0.99 64bit
Windows 10 Pro (1511) x64

FWIW, as someone who has also had registration/activation problems with ASP for both versions 1 and 2, I have referred your problem up the line at Corel for their attention. Hopefully they will get back to you either here or directly.

Alex -- what happened when you tried to send a PM? I just tried sending one and it came up with fukapon's address without any difficulty...

Tried sending a note from the message center, entered username alright but when pressing send it said "this user has disabled the messaging function" (or something similar to that effect). Also not seeing a PM option on the right under his name here in the thread.

I have a few follow up questions from our dev team as we work to sort this out, but will hold onto those until we can PM as one includes disclosing the serial number.
