Hi.
I face an activation problem.
ASP shows a following message after I upgraded ASP to 2.3.0.99.

Sorry, the serial number you are using has already been submitted the maximum number of times for Activation.
---------------------------
What can I do to solve the problem?
ASP 2.2, before upgrading, was correctly activated. And then I just upgraded. I don't know why the problem occurs.
I confirmed the problem on:
AfterShot Pro 2.3.0.99 64bit
Windows 10 Pro (1511) x64

FWIW, as someone who has also had registration/activation problems with ASP for both versions 1 and 2, I have referred your problem up the line at Corel for their attention. Hopefully they will get back to you either here or directly.

Tried sending a note from the message center, entered username alright but when pressing send it said "this user has disabled the messaging function" (or something similar to that effect).
