Unspecified error #16389

I have been using MF4 for the last 2 months with no problems. Recently I started getting a pop-up box on my screen after the file is converted and before it starts burning.

The only thing in the box is #16389

When I close the box, another box opens with "Unspecified Error" in it.

I have contacted Tech Support and they advised me to delete and re-install the program. I have done so twice by following their instructions to the letter. However, results are the same. Also, when I re-installed, I lost all menu graphics.

I am using a Memorex Model DVD-DLRWL16D2-15 drive, have 1 gigabyte of memory, and a 250G harddrive.

Any ideas for correcting this problem?

You didn't mention if you had downloaded the update.

I was getting the same error messages, but they stopped after I installed the latest update at http://www.ulead.com/tech/dmf/dmf_ftp.htm
