[Bug] Sharpening does not work in a layer

[Bug] Sharpening does not work in a layer
While I am in here I should also put out that since Bibble 5 AFAIK Sharpening has not worked within a layer and can only be applied globally. Of course you can use the plug-in sharpening tools, but actually the ASP sharpening is pretty good and certainly different that the other options we have, so is good to use.
