My video is unstable
When I added the transistions, title, sound track, and video the video is very unstable. The voice (in the video track)sound goes ahead of the video. This happens when I review the video.

Welcome to the forum!
What are your video properties: please right click on one of the clips in the timeline and copy ALL its Properties here, or take a screen grab of the Properties box and upload it here as an attachment.
But if it is high definition AVCHD mpeg-4, your computer is at the lower end of what can handle AVCHD smoothly, especially in preview. To get around this, Video Studio has a function called SmartProxy (see Preferences). When switched on, this makes a standard definition copy ('proxy') of the original, which will play, edit and preview smoothly. Then when satisfied with the edits, they are applied when you render to the original high def clips, and result in a smooth new high def clip.
Even with your jerky preview, if you go to Share and render it to a new AVCHD, the new video should play smoothly regardless of the preview's jerkiness. (If you have ticked the box in Preferences > General beside 'Show message when insert first clip, then in a new project in future, when you insert that first clip into the timeline, you will get a message asking if you want the Project Properties to match those of the clip. Click OK to that. Then when you have finished editing you can choose either Share > Same As First Clip or Same As Project Settings to get a new video with the same properties as that first clip).
