"NO disc in Drive" ?????
Everytime I try to move edited files to a DVD-RW {new} disc i get the above message.I can't format or anything to a new disc. I can however play back a dvd or cd from the drive....The drive is shown by the computer properties as a recordable drive and when I troubleshoot the drive , it shows all functions as normal. Can anyone out there help me?

Sounds like a problem I had a few weeks ago. I couldn't figure out why.
Until I learned about the Disc Info button. It is located in the lower left corner right after MF4 opens. It is the second one from the left, a DVD/CD icon with an i. Click on it, a dialouge box will pop up. There is a drop down button (arrow) on the right, next to the Close button. Click it and the box will expand and reveal all the information about your disc/burner. All capabilites will be checked. If DVD-RW is Not checked then you can not burn to that format.
Anyway it sounds as if your burner is not able to burn to DVD-RW. I learned after purchasing some DVD-RW discs. I can't use them now. I need to find someone that can, and is willing to swap for DVD+RW...
