I bought the Premium Support plan on October 19. On October 20, I participated in a very helpful webinar. But that's all I've gotten so far. I can't sign in for support. I wrote about it and was told a case had been opened, but I've never heard a thing since.

Welcome to the forum - but I feel I need to just point out that there are no employees of Corel involved in these forums.

Every one here - - Admins. Moderators and members are all volunteers giving their time freely and without getting paid for it

so although your comment is welcome - do not expect an official reply from Corel here - just us Users helping Users.
