KPT stop working

After upgrading to Windows 10, I have had problems with KPT 5. The program freezes and shuts down the PSP.
How can i solve the problem.

I sounds as though it is incompatible with Win10. Try using a compatibility mode. Right click on the file, Properties, Compatibility. Choose the previous OS that it worked with.

I get this answer when i try - There are no previous versions available
I change to Win 10 for about 1,5 month ago from Win 8.1.

Have you tried re-downloading and re-installing KPT from your Corel account?

In PSP X5 go to Help -> Corel Guide -> Do More -> Plugins -> KPT

It is not possible to install again. It says "installed" and is not active.

If it's installed, uninstall, reboot PC and start over. See if that works.
