Capture Device
I purchased the Corel Video Studio Pro6x early in the year. The requirements said I could use a Pinnacle usb capture device which I had for the Pinnacle Studio that I have had for several years. Well, it is not compatible with the Corel software and would like some advice of what Capture Device would be compatible with the Video Studio Pro6x. I am running Windows 7 on my computer and I would prefer an external capture device but would settle for internal if that is all I can get. Thanks.

Despite the fact that Corel now owns Pinnacle as well as Video Studio, the Pinnacle devices have never AFAIK been compatible with Video Studio. Our usual advice is to use those devices with the software which came with it, in this case Pinnacle Studio. Once the video is captured, it can be opened in Video Studio for editing.
BTW, I hope you did not pay much for VS X6 early this year. About the same time, the current version, which is X8, was being released.
