Will Boris Factory Work
Hi. Can anyone tell me if Boris Factory works with Videostudio 9? When i was using Videostudio 8 i called them and they told me it would not work with 8. And if so is it hard to use? Thank you.

Yes, I hope.
It better work! When I bought my upgrade to 9, it was a recommended add-on purchase, and I bit.
I have a pending question posted though about how to access it in VS9, see "boris and/or cool3d", several posts below.

Yes Boris factory does work. I purchased a copy off the Ulead Web Site and it integrated itself with Video Studio 9, Video Studio 8 (i'll get round to deleting it one day!) and Media Studio 7.
You have to run the install program once for Media Studio, then a second time for Video Studio 8, and a third time for Video Studio 9.
If like me you still have VS8 on your machine, it detects VS8 first, so you then manually change the "8" in the path name to a "9" before pressing the "next" button. (This will make sense when you run the installer).
Quite a few fancy transitions.
