I cannot view the Layers Palette in X7. All of the other palettes are working just fine. I ran a re-install (repair) of the software but still
cannot get the Layers Palette to show up.
I think I ran a good search for the problem, but nothing shows up.
Help! Anyone?

If all the normal things don't work, reset PSP.
Save any customized workspace you haven't yet saved first.
Close the program.
Open the program and cold the Shift key at the same time until you get a message informing you that PSP is reverting to it's default settings.
Unfortunately you will need to re-do File>Preferences>General Program Preferences and File Locations.
