I downloaded trial version of Paintshop Pro X8 on to my Envy 700 and Dell XPS 15 laptop computers, both running Windows 10. I can't get X8 to load on either computer. When I launch it I get to the Register window, enter my email and click Register. The register screen goes completely white with the Corel Painshop Pro X8 logo across the top. That's is as far as it goes.
I tried Aftershot 2 also and it does the same thing.
The Envy is running an AMD A10 processor with 12 gb of memory and a 500gb SSD. The XPS is a Intel i7 with 16gb of memory and a 1tb hard drive.
Any ideas?

Try not registering. Just close the popup and see if PSP starts okay.

I am having the same issue, and I can tell you that there is no way around the registration. You either register or cancel.trueblue wrote:Try not registering. Just close the popup and see if PSP starts okay.
