Free Web Hosting

I am looking for a free web hosting site so I can put some of my digital movies on the web hosting site and send my parents an e-mail and they can click on the link to watch our digital video. I will need to save it in format that they can play it using Windows Media Player. Thank you.

here is a site that you can send your movies to, your parents recieve an email link that sends the file/s via ftp? i think however they don't host the files they just permit to to ''email'' large files upto 1GB and they are deleted after one week if they are not down loaded i think

Does anyone know of a free site that I can upload my digital videos to so that my parents can watch them? I tried www.putfile, however their maximum file size is 10MB. The video I am trying to upload right now is 1.34GB. Thank you.

How are you connected to the internet?
Using a cable modem or DSL connection.

Most internet providers today also include space on their servers
so users can have home pages. I would check into that.
Many have home web pages for their users and also ftp.

If you have that then send your family an email with a link to that location.
(After you upload the file to it)
User home pages usually start with a tile such as
>>>>http://www.mabell.com/~joebanana/
