Creating a Little Planet

I often see an effect called "Little Planet". When I do a search on it, the method of creating this effect is always with PhotoShop. Can this be done in PSP X7, and, if so, how?

Yes, it can be done. I created this image in PSP X8 (no different in X7) by following this PS tutorial. PSP has the same tools that are referenced in the video.

Thank you for the link. It worked and was relatively easy (I have early stage of Alzheimers, so that speaks well of the ease of the directions).
