I have an old PSP X Version 10.01. I cannot figure out how to outline text letters with a different color. For example, I am wanting to make a Meme for Instagram. I can place text with a solid color like White, but I cannot figure out how to outline each letter in Black. And one would expect to be able to adjust the pixel thickness of the outline. How can this be done in PSP X 10.01? See my attached examples below. Example A has White text with no outlining. Example B has White text with a Black outline a few pixels thick.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

In the material palette, add a color (black in this example) as a foreground (the swatch that is on top) and make sure the Width value is more than 0 and the Line Style is solid.
That method has not changed from version to version.
