Super Saturated Video Capture Problem

Don't mention it. I only recognized this because the same problem happened to me about a week ago.

I just built a new video editing system for home, and I've been testing out different ForceWare drivers. Videos that I had previously encoded into WMV format would appear fine using one program but not another (UVS, WMP, PowerDVD). Windows Media Player's behavior changed depending on what Video Acceleration options were selected in Options -> Performance. If it was using Overlays, the problem would occur, but in High Quality mode where WMP doesn't use the Hardware Overlay, the same file played fine. That was enough of a hint for me to look in the ForceWare control panel and mess with the Overlay settings and color correction.
