AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera support
AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera support

According to this list of supported cameras, my Panasonic DMC-CM1 should be supported, but the trial version of Aftershot 2.2.2.70 does not recognize its raw files. The list also includes surprising entries such as the Olympus E-P6, which I don't think exists. How accurate is the list?

Interesting ... I see that my old Nikon Coolpix E8800 is on the compatibility list, whereas in fact it was last supported in Bibble 4!
It looks as though cameras are never removed from the list, even when they are pruned from the profile files.

Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
I purchased AfterShot Pro 2 after checking the list of compatible camers to confirm that the Panasonic GH4 was supported. However, in the Tools Menu for lense corrections, the GH4 is not listed under Panasonic Micro four thirds cameras. I've contacted Corel Support and have been emailed responses that just say they are sorry I'm having trouble, they are willing to help, abd they have checked with their engineers who are working on the problem.
How is it that a camera body that is listed as supported by Corel, does not appear in the Panasonic Micro four thirds menu, months after the update that "added" the GH4 to the list of supported cameras?
Is there a way I can create a profile for a supposedly supported camera that Corel, apparently, has not gotten around to fully supporting?
Not satisfied with seemingly incomplete product; nor non-responsive replies from Corel.

Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
I got AF2 with PSP8X Ultimate package. What I am trying to do is see if there is a comprehensive, current up to date list of supported cameras. It's version 2.3.0.99.
Looking at the above Panasonic post, I am now curious as to whether this program supports Panasonic FZ300 and G7 profiles, cameras which I own and use. If not, I'll move on.

Allegedly, my new Sony A6000(ILCE-6000) is on the list of supported cameras. However, it's not available to me in my ASP2 camera and lens correction selections. How the heck can I get it, I have a job starting up and I must have it. http://howto.corel.com/en/c/AfterShot_2 ... ra_support

Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
I've given up on Corel ever answering my questions or actually supporting my Panasonic GH4 so that the body and lenses appear in the tools menu. My solution, purchasing software that actually supports the cameras and lenses it says it does. DX0 Optics Pro Elite 10.
For me, purchasing AfterShot Pro 2 (and Corel's support staff's, seemingly canned answers) was a complete waste of my time and money.
If others find it useful, I'm happy for you, but for me, useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in a similar situation and I paced a few hours ago a support ticket for my Panasonic DMC-LX100. It appears on the list of supported cameras, but obviously the camera is not on the database of lens correction. It will be intersting to see the answer of the Corel support given your experience.
I purchased my Version of Aftershot Pro 2 in end August / begin September 2015 and I also updated today to 2.3.0.99
Interesting was the fact that the update via the software built in "check update" didn't work. I had to go to the website and download and install it.
Update:
Hm, in the meantime I was looking deeper into this all. There is definetly no support for Panasonic DMC-LX100 in regards to lens correction via DB. And in addition it doesn't use the RAW built in EXIF information stored by the camera other RAW Editors use. I've tested two other free tools. At least they use this information.
Even worser the manual lens distortion correction doesn't work. I can't change with arrow up / down the entry a, b or c. They always stay at 0,000000.
If this continues like this I need to think how to proceed with that Software. I bought a product that doesn't provide what it says it does. Puh ...

Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
I got an answer from Corel support about my quesiton for lens correction of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX100. They forwarded my support request to the developers and they would add the lens correction in "a" future update. Whatever this means.

Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
Well, there is no Panasonic FZ300, GH4 or G7 support at all. These cameras have been out for a very long time, and still no support.
Re: AfterShot 2 & AfterShot Pro 2: List of full camera suppo
According to the list, Updated: January 06, 2016, ASP Pro is supposed to support the Canon 7DmkII, but it doesn't exist in the Canon drop down. They only have the 7D.
Please fix this...
Thanks

And there is nothing but silence from Corel..... not good.
With the camera scene constantly evolving, sad that this program can't....
