I was about to post with my attempt at the project when I saw your reply,
Yes Asik is correct and a Video Mask has been applied to the clip on the overlay track.

One question, before adding the Video Filter is the entire frame black, or just the Turn Page area?

I see the turn page area being black with the lefthand side showing ok.

The turnpages black area is where the alpachannel from graffiti are, and it was just the turn area i think.
