Hello. I am a registered user of WINDVD 11 Pro. I have updated to a new computer with Windows 10 64 bit. When I go to run the install program I get a message that the app can't run. I assume this is because it is 32 bit. I download the latest version of WinDVD 11 but during the installation there is no where for me to input my registration number. It wants me to buy the product - even though I already own it. The original copy of WinDVD 11 Pro asks for a serial number during the installation process but now it won't run on Windows 10. So my question is how being a registered user of WinDVD 11 Pro do I register the current version of the program with my serial number when there is no where for me to type it in.
Thank you
Richard

Re: WinDVD 11 Pro and Windows 10
Hi Richard
I have installed Win DVD on my Windows 10 64 bit with no problems
It was however the trial version that I then activated.
Can you disconnect your internet.
Run the program may ask that you register by phone, then give you the option to use your serial numbers to activate / register the program
If that does not work????
There is a Corel guy who visits this forum called Aris, view the earlier posts, he left his e-mail for users to contact him
