I have VS 64-bit X7 Pro Ver 17.1.0.22.
I wish to add a DVD to the timeline. The DVD was burned on a DVD+R using ImgBurn with an iso file created with VS X7. My process is as follows.
1) Use Edit or Capture select 'Import from digital media'.
2) In 'Select import source folders' select D: (my DVD RW dive) or D:\Video_TS.
3) Click Start.
4) In 'Select the items you wish to import' I get 2 thumbnails entitled Title 1 and Chapter 1. (I was expecting the usual tree showing vob files etc).
5) I am now stuck. At the bottom of the menu box it shows only 'Working folder' and 'Import to'. The latter shows 'Import files to Corel VideoStudio Pro'. Clicking on either of the above thumbnails only opens a preview screen.

Is there a small box in the (top left?) corner of the thumbnails for you tick, and thus indicate that you want to import them?Berzelius wrote:4) In 'Select the items you wish to import' I get 2 thumbnails entitled Title 1 and Chapter 1. (I was expecting the usual tree showing vob files etc).

Hi
As Ken mentions tick the box--- you should only need to select the titles,

Indeed there is! A small, unobtrusive grey box in the top left hand corner. I'm starting to feel that Corel expects its users to be eagle-eyed and of razor-sharp intelligence, which will put me at a disadvantage.
Anyway, many thanks for setting me straight. I've just tried it and it works perfectly.
