Samsung NX500 RAW files not working

Hi,

I'm running evaluation version of Aftershot 2 Pro (ver. 2.2.1.64). O/S Windows 10. According to this page: http://howto.corel.com/en/c/AfterShot_2 ... ra_support the Samsung NX500 is supported.

When I try to open the Samsung .SRW files (from the NX500), Aftershot simply doesn't do anything. They are not shown in the gallery and opening individual files doesn't work either. There's no error code displayed, simply nothing seems to happen. I tried to also open a SRW converted to DNG, but same thing here. Not sure if that's even supposed to work.

What am I missing?

FYI: I'm also running trial version of PSP X8. It can open the .SRW file. Camera body F/W is v. 01.11 and lens F/W v. 01.30 (standard 16-50 mm lens).

FWIW, I can confirm the same thing happens with that photo in my 64 bit full version of ASP 2.2.1.64 -- or rather, that nothing happens. Black screen; no message; nothing. Yet it opens in PSP X8.

I opened Aftershot today and checked for updates. There was an update and it changed the version to 2.2.2.70. But the functionality with Samsung RAW is still the same, not working.

Any updates on this? My evaluation already ran out, but guess I could try on some other computer, in case there is some update to support the NX500.
