I floated the file directory panel and moved it to a second monitor, which worked fine until today when it just disappeared. I've tried to dock the panel to get it back, but that didn't work. Is there any way to find and restore a panel that's floated away?
Today I opened Aftershot, and now nothing at all is displaying after the splash screen. I tried restarting the pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still get nothing but the splash screen. Has anyone had a similar problem? I'm in contact with Corel support, and have tried suggstions like deleting all temp files and disabling UAC, but nothing is working. Does anyone know if I can delete Aftershot settings in the registry (or something similar), so that I can install a completely fresh executable? BTW, I am on Windows 10.
I fixed the problem by doing a system restore. Corel really needs to provide a way to reset the app back to initial factory settings.
