Aftershot Pro 64bit and Canon 750D doesn't work

Post by ThePhotograph »

HI,

Aftershot seems to have a problem with the Canon 750D RAW format. I think its a 14bit format.
I cannot open the RAW images in Aftershot. Import is not possible.
I have no issues with older RAW images from my Cacnon 500D.
Is this a known issue?

Why would you expect support for a camera that is not listed on the supported cameras page?

cheers

Oops.... Ok my mistake.

It sounds like a new Aftershot Update ;-)
Is anybody working on an update?

Hi ThePhotograph,

If you can provide a download link to a RAW file (via Dropbox or similar), I'll pass it on to the team so they can take a look for a future update.

Thanks.
