Do you get this error each time you try to open it?
Have you restarted pc and tried to open it?
Can you open any other projects?
Can you start a new project, save it, open it?
Have you checked for updates for graphics card, directX and VS?

After considering Grahams excellent suggestions you could look here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OUdIZT7C2E
Also here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnQRNOqjzow
And http://www.smartpcfixer.com/support/370 ... ed-working BUT be careful with anything you download from the internet.

Hi.....
Yes I've restarted the PC and then tried to open it.... problem remains.....
Other projects seem to open fine.....
Can start a new project with no issues....
All drivers are up to date.......

Re: Corel Video Studio Has Stopped Working
I notice in that image that one of the MTS is highlighted in the library pane. Does the program crash always when that clip is playing? If so, what happens if you delete that clip? Sometimes identifying a problem clip will solve the problem. And sometimes, once identified, if you render that clip in a video converter program to another clip with the same properties, it no longer causes the problem.
