Hi! Sorry for the late response. I checked the plug in that you are using with the Paintshop pro x8 but it seems that its a 3rd party plug in and the error sound like its not compatible with the software. Paintshop pro has already a feature for the noise removal. It also has plugins available to enhance photos (Topaz Filters and Auto FX Software).
