VS X7.I want to ensure that still images play in sequence (that is 1st ,2nd 3rd etc) Will this just mean naming them 001 002 003 etc ?

Re: Slideshow Image Sequence
You just insert them in the order you want them in and render them in that order. No magic involved.

Re: Slideshow Image Sequence
I have done that in the past with the name of each image (ie place and date) in the order I want to view them and they have not kept in the order that they were rendered in.

Re: Slideshow Image Sequence
If you do a block import into the timeline then for some reason Videostudio seems to put the first one last and vice-versa and you may need to correct that - but once you have the photos in the timeline in the order you require them there is no reason they should move when rendering.

Re: Slideshow Image Sequence
The following gave me cause to ask this question (and probably much older posts)But does this not apply in my version of VS ?

“If you load images to the library or timeline the first and last clip will be swapped over. Not a problem when you are aware.
If you Drag and Drop images from windows explorer they will be in order, provided you drag the first selected clip”.

Re: VideoStudio Pro X5 - library 'sort' functions
“I have taken note of what canuk and RobertOz said. Numbering 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 ..... is required. (Otherwise items numbered 1,2,3, 4 present a problem. No 1 is followed by 10 and not 2,3,4....)”
