Whilst using X3 a few months back I started to get the offers to upgrade to X7. Never had these before.
I ignored the first few offers... but they kept coming.
I finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade. I didnt need X7 but I do try to keep upto date with most of the software I run.
I bought the upgrade on 29th June. I installed it a week or so later. I've not really used it that often yet.... (holidays etc)..
I now find out there is an X8 released and I have to upgrade again, within a month of the last upgrade and of course , it looks like I have to pay again.
I'm feeling ripped off and I've asked 'cleverbridge' a few questions... not got answers yet.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this situation and how it turned out.
When was X8 officially released ?
Cheers...
PS.
I've been using PSP since old JASC days but I wouldnt classify myself as a heavy user....and I rarely post here or track new features etc.. But I've stayed loyal despite having Adobe Premiere CS6 for video etc.

Re: Upgrade X7 to X8
PSPX8 was released on August 19th.
If you have PSPX7, you don't have to upgrade to X8 if you don't need the new features. And next year, if they release a X9 version, you would still be entitled to the upgrade version.
