Blank SOP

I am not sure what happened, but this morning (after a Windows update), my Script Output Palette turned blank in 9 and X8.

I closed the programs and reopened them: no change.
I rebooted the computer: no change.
I reset to factory default: it fixed the issue in X8 but not in 9.

Any idea what might have happened, and how to fix it in 9? I know it is an old version, but that is a version i NEED.

It looks like there was only ONE update: Hotfix for Microsoft Windows (KB3087985)

I wonder if that is related or not.

OK i uninstalled that update, and the problem has not been fixed in PSP9.
Might have to reinstall it from scratch

It was the Hotfix for Microsoft Windows.
I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall PSP9 from scratch. It works now.
